Virginia Skye

Virginia Skye’s
A girl that I
Have always found
Quite silly

She giggles, squeals
And wiggles ‘til
The night is dark
And chilly

She splashes in puddles
She dashes. She cuddles
She muddles my mind
And befuddles in kind

She writes her own songs
And rights her own wrongs
She plays with her brothers
And looks out for others

She dances ballet
And enhances my day
She chooses the right
And kisses good night

Virginia Skye’s
A girl like I
Have never met
Before

And foolishly
She thinks that she
Could somehow love
Me more
